1. DEFINITIONS

2. ACCEPTANCE

   By opening an Account, making a deposit or engaging in gaming activities on our Website, you (the Player) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. AGE RESTRICTION

   You must be at least 18 years old to open an Account with us and participate in gaming activities through the Website.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

5. LOYALTY PROGRAM

5.1 Loyalty Points shall be awarded to a Player's Account based on their gaming activity on the Website.5.2 The amount of Loyalty Points earned for each game will depend on the specific game being played, and such amounts are set out in our promotional materials or on the Website from time to time.

6. BONUSES

   All bonuses (welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers) have certain terms which must be met before a player can withdraw any winnings.6.1 Wagering Requirements: All bonuses have wagering requirements as shown below:

10. WITHDRAWAL TERMS

    Withdrawals will be processed and paid out within the timeframes shown below:

    • e-wallets/crypto 0-24 hours after KYC verification (in some cases it may take up to a day)
    • Cards/bank transfer 1-3 business days

11. GENERAL RULES

    We reserve the right at any time without notice or liability, either temporarily or permanently:

a) to suspend your Account;b) to block you from accessing our Website;c) terminate these Terms and Conditions.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles, where we are licensed. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration according to the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
